Mind Body Therapies

Meditation, breathing exercises and guided imagery may aid relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and help patients and their families take their minds off from medical procedures.

Mind-body therapies are used to alleviate the side effects of cancer treatment as well as to promote a sense of general wellbeing in survivorship.
